As soon as you place your order, you will receive an email confirming we have received it, entered it into our system, and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.
At that point, we’ll immediately contact our suppliers to confirm your item(s) are in stock and available for shipment.
If your item(s) are available for delivery within five (5) business days, we will process the charges and submit the order for immediate shipment.
If your items are on backorder or unavailable, we will void your credit card pre-authorization and notify you via e-mail regarding the next steps.
The expected delivery time frame is between seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days plus three (3) days processing time; however, you may receive your items sooner depending on your location.
Within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse, we will send tracking information to the e-mail address you provided at checkout.

Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel your order with no penalties if your order has not yet shipped. If your order has shipped, you will be responsible for return shipping charges.
Refunds will be issued to the credit card used when placing the order.
